Dragråttan Stick Harness

A harness specially designed for hard-working dogs who have a constant load to pull, such as a sled or other weights where the pulling center is low.

Dragråttan is a Swedish company that has specialized in traction harnesses for harnessed dog sports for more than thirty years. The Stick harness is designed to free the hindquarters and hips from all the weight caused by a pull point lower than the dog's withers.

Rounded neck opening

The Stick harness is based on the style of the R harness with its rounded neck opening and longer straight piece at the back.

Designed specifically for the mushing

This harness is designed to free the hindquarters and hips from all the weight caused by a pull point lower than the dog's withers. The dog no longer has to push with his legs upwards but only forward.

Less downward pressure

The side straps of the harness are lower than normal, which makes it possible to straighten the pull line towards the shoulders, which increases the power. There is also a decrease in crabbing since there is less downward pressure.

Padded for better comfort

The harness is fully padded to ensure the greatest comfort during pulling.

Reflective for more visibility

The harness is composed of two reflective strips at the flanks for better safety.
