If I were to return an item, would there be any shipping costs?


Shipping costs for returns are normally the clients’ responsibility, unless, of course, it was our mistake.

I would like to return or exchange an item, what should I do?


Contact us within 30 days of receiving your package for all returns and exchanges. We will go over the terms of reimbursements and exchange.

Are there fees for in store pick up?


No, in store pick ups are free of charge for all boutique items.

When can I come to the store to pick up my order?

Can I shop online and pick up my order in store?


Yes, in store pick up is available free of charge for all store items. All you have to do is select the “in store pick up” option from the delivery options.

Certain food items such as raw food, frozen supplements, and dry pet food are available for in store pick up only.

It is possible to ship to the United States. Contact us to find out more about the delivery options and applicable charges.

Can I track my package? How?


As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the Canada Post website to track the progress of your package.

I need my order sooner, do you offer priority shipping?

What is the time frame of my order’s delivery?


Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the deliveries within Canada.

What are the shipping fees?


The shipping fees are $15 per order. Surcharge may apply for delivery of bulky items. If that is the case, you will see this fee on your bill before proceeding with payment.

Are all items in the store available for delivery?


No, certain food items such as raw food, frozen supplements, and dry dog food are available for in store pickup only.
